Som qualifies for the EC

Bram Som placed 6th at the Diamond League meeting today in Oslo. With his time of 1:45.21 he qualified for the european championships this summer in Barcelona, which was an important intermediate goal before going back to a longer training phase.

The race was dominated by the battle between David Rudisha and Abubaker Kaki which ended up with Rudisha winning in a world lead time of 1:42.04.
